Chef Adjoa Kittoe is plant forward culinarian, writer and food editor. She is a Ghanaian born multifaceted creative, who found her love for culinary arts through a nutritional pivot. Adjoa started her culinary business in 2016, where she showcased her talents in the alkaline and plant based community.
She is a contributor to For The Culture, food & wine magazine, columnist for Taste Afriq & freelance recipe developer for Forager Project. Her writing has appeared in the Institute of Culinary Education and Notionette Magazine.
She is the Co-Founder along side James Beard Alum Chef Kwame Williams of, A Seat at Our Table, a culture focused supper club and event catering business.
