A nutritional guideline curated by the well-known Dr. Sebi, the African Bio-Mineral Balance is health perspective geared to the genetics of Afrakan people. Sebi explains that many of the foods we consume are foods that are incompatible with our biological makeup and therefore should avoid these foods that cause us dis-ease. This method includes eating mineral-rich fruits, nuts, natural herbs, grains, seeds, and vegetables to allow the body to maintain it’s alkalinity.
Dr. Sebi advises in order for the body to properly heal itself, one should not consume the following: flesh (meat, fish, pork), animal product (milk, egg, cheese), fermented foods (alcohol, vinegars), hybrid/unnatural starches (potatoes, rice) and all other foods that are not listed on the recommended guideline.
