A Night In
Chef-Centered Culinary Experiences
On April 10th and April 11th, I will be working with @adasupperclub to bring you A Night In. This weekend, I welcome you to a showcasing of my love for my culture, spirituality and tradition. An Ode to Yaaba, my namesake and paternal grandmother.
The courses have been in the making for months and months and I am glad fo have been invited by @adasupperclub to bring it to fruition.
It is my love letter to my homeland – Winneba, Ghana.
The vegetarian options include a pulled mushroom dish with dawadawa dashi, a jollof “arancini” with coco yam leaves and Ghanaian donuts served with cocoa butter cream, sorghum syrup and baobab powder.
