Burro Walnut Burger

Soy-free, gluten-free beanless burger.

 2 Ripe/Yellow Burro Banana
  cup Soaked Walnuts
 3 tbsp Hemp Seeds
 ¼ cup Garbanzo Bean/Chickpea Flour (enough to thicken)
 1 tsp Hemp Oil
 2 tsp Coconut Amino
 Sea Salt
 Oregano
 Onion Powder
 Spring Water
 Grape Seed Oil

Mix all ingredients except for flour in bowl. Mix well with wooden spoon

Add to food processor/blender on medium

Add blended meal back to bowl and slowly add chickpea flour and form into pattie

Optional Can add spelt bread crumbs to thicken

Add grapeseed oil to pan on medium heat and fry pattie until brown on both sides

Serve with avocados, kale, red onions, roma tomatoes, arugula-walnut pesto and spicy-tahini sauce.
