Here at Seulful Pantry, we have three major meal plan options. Each meal plan can be customized by the meal style (alkaline, general plant based, or a combination of the two).

 

GROW
The Grow Plan is great for those wanting to get a taste of Seulful Pantry, without the week long commitment. Over the course of three days, Grow comes with 6 meals as follows:
– Lunch options
– Dinner options
GLOW
The Glow Plan was created with the typical work day in mind. Many people wish to eat healthier, homemade meals, however may not have the time to prepare such meals. With this, over the course of 5 days, Glow includes 10 meals:
– Lunch options
– Dinner options
GROUNDED
The Grounded Plan is perfect for those who need their week planned, from morning-evening. This Meal Plan is great for those who may need more meals throughout the week. Grounded includes 15 meals, over the course of 5 days:
– Breakfast options
– Lunch options
– Dinner options
